Saucy Salsa Dip – Easy, delicious party dip with a kick!

Everyone needs a few great dips in their party food arsenal that are simple and easy to whip up. Saucy Salsa Dip is one of those delicious but ridiculously easy, party dips –it’s just two ingredients! The dip is creamy-cool but has a spicy kick at the same time. When you’re offering the usual chips and salsa at your next ‘fiesta’, substitute this dip for something a little different or add it as a second option alongside the rest, it’ll fit right in and stand out at the same time!!

You’ll need:

1 block cream cheese, softened
1 medium heat, jarred tomato salsa (favorite brand)

1 bag of taco chips (blue or white corn)

1) Combine jar of salsa and block of softened cream cheese. Cream the two together until completely mixed. Mixture will be soupy.

2) Pour dip into serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Remove dip 1/2 hour before serving to allow the dip to soften slightly, serve with taco corn chips.
